Apartment was lovely. Unfortunately the apartment above us had a water leak This came through into our kitchen. As soon as this occurred we notified the agent. The owners of the upstairs apartment, were so apologetic and kept us informed of the situation. We obviously had to be available to arrange photographs for the insurance company. We also had to wait in for carpenters to replace the damaged kitchen cupboard.
At no time were we informed that the pool area would be closed This was due to renovations to the outside buildings Also the building work taking place next to our apartment block, lorries arriving at 8.am and diggers all day long
