Was a little difficult as arrived after midnight & didn’t see the lock box’s but they are by the entrance of the pick up point

Better direction

The location was excellent for the beach, local bars and reateraunts, the indoor market and shops. A very spacious balcony just for sitting and chilling, doing a bit of people watching. In no was in this a cramped apartment like some you will find in Benidorm. Fully equipped kitchen, if cooking a few meals is your thing. We ate out for all our meals. The host also managed to get us an early check-in. We arrived at 12pm, but got checked in at 2pm, which was great service.

The sofa bed definetly needs replacing, when laid out it slopes at an angle which made sleeping a bit tricky. If you are a light sleeper, then pick the back bedroom (at the front door) as the noise from the street with people making their way home late at night can be quite loud. As well as the delivery trucks and the bin motors, all out at work early in the morning. A few more UK TV chanels would be ideal. The weather for going out and about is not always a guarantee in late February early March. To be able just to sit and watch the box for a couple of hours would have be good.

The location, for what we needed

The apartment was very shabby, in need of upgrading, and general maintenance is needed to bring it back to an average standard. It had a really bad smell coming from the bathroom that stayed for the duration of our stay, so bad it was unusable. Good job it had a second bathroom. It is on a busy street, so there is no chance of any sleep or rest. The sheets were discoloured but clean. Overall, it is a poor standard. You can find better & you have to go to a different location to collect & drop off the keys. Avoid if possible.
