Its location. It was well appointed and modern. Laundry facilities.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly and when contacted we were told a carpenter would attend, none did. The fridge/freezer fridge part didn’t work, no notice telling you this resulting in food being spoiled. The cooker oven didn’t work. Aircon didn’t go below 24degrees. When contacted given instructions but it never went below 24. We booked for 4 weeks but no fresh linen was provided during our stay without paying. If we had booked week by week the apartment would have been cleaned weekly. Cushions were stained with body fluids. Needs a deep clean, under cushions of couches were full of crumbs etc.

Goede ligging nabij het strand en het uitzicht vanuit het appartement was goed. Hoewel het zeer centraal ligt is het toch rustig in de omgeving. Het uitgaansleven is op 10 minuten lopen. In de omgeving veel barretjes en restaurantjes.

Er viel niets tegen, maar om toch wat te noemen het tweepersoonsbed is wel erg zacht(maar dat is misschien persoonlijk). Wat misschien ook een heel klein puntje voor verbetering is het aantal handdoeken nu moet je iedere dag een paar handdoeken wassen(wasmachine wel aanwezig) omdat je eigenlijk een paar handdoeken te kort komt.

Nice, tidy apartment - has all the amenities for a long beach holiday. We lived in it with our children. Beautiful view of the beach from the 18th floor, convenient location, close to shops, a market where you can buy fresh food, bus stops, which are convenient to get to the right locations in the city. And of course, Levante Beach. The kitchen is well equipped - there is everything you need. Including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The only thing I would ask the owner to add is cutlery. A small note - if you are considering this apartment and this area for a relaxing family holiday, I think you should consider a different location. Even though the apartment is on the 18th floor, at night we could hear the city of Benidorm, which never sleeps :). We are grateful to the owners for their hospitality!
