Piso limpio y espacioso con vistas excepcionales. Camas muy cómodas. Muy silencioso para descansar. Parking incluido en el precio. El personal de BenidormBooking.com muy profesional y agradable. Totalmente recomendable.

Por poner un pero diría que la cocina tiene un solo foco y da poca luz. Echamos de menos algún mantel para poner sobre la mesa.

The location, the view, is very nice. With private parking right next to the building. I've stayed in this house before, so knew about this. The apartment has a decent size, big couch, modern TV, working internet. The kitchen is a bit small, but normal for spanish apartments.

The electrical outlet for the washing machine stopped working. Had to use an extension coord. The outlet seemed a bit "wanky", so to say, and needs to be fixed. I reported this.

The property needs a refurbishment. Ripped sofa bed, broken fan. Roller blind is obviously not fastened correctly so didn't open all week. Air con only in closed in veranda. Rear bed room very noisy. Neighbours very noisy. Walls are very thin. 4 adults in our 60's staying in our party and the lift up the outside steps needed a special key which was not provided. We had to struggle with our suit cases as theres no one at the desk. There was just a travel kettle. Tv has NO English channels not even a news channel. Tv is not smart TV. No streaming available. Shower is very small. The apartment sleeps 6 people but theres only one sun chair in the apartment to take to the pool so couldn't use the pool. Unfortunately we will not stay there again. Its a real shame. Great location.
