Do not recommend staying there. Lack of awareness of guest service.

I would like to express my great disappointment with the service provided during my stay at the hotel. I ordered a blanket on Sunday, but the blanket was not delivered until Tuesday evening, which is simply unacceptable. In addition, my request for a cable for the stove took too long to be answered, which greatly affected the comfort of the stay. Furthermore, the staff came to the door every few hours to question us, which became an intolerable nuisance and annoyance. Every time we felt like we had to give answers instead of the hotel understanding that we were guests. This is inappropriate! I started my stay at the place expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, I experienced a very big disappointment in the end. The incorrect conduct and the constant harassment made me realize that I would never return to this place, and I would not recommend anyone to come here. My expectation was for professional and efficient service, but I did not receive the appropriate response. I am sure that the hotel owner will probably deny all of the above, but factually, of all the times I have booked in hotels, B&Bs and all types of accommodation, this is the first time I have encountered such a disappointing and disgusting hospitality experience at a high level. In light of all this, I must state clearly and sharply – it is not worth coming to this hotel or staying there in any way. I will not use this place in the future and will not recommend it to anyone. The hospitality experience here made me realize that the service and conduct simply do not meet the required standard, and therefore this is an **unequivocal decision: not to return to this place under any circumstances.**
