Chic Living - Porta Venezia

Loved the spacious living room, the spacious bedrooms, the kitchen, the location, the lighting, loved that they offered slippers when many other apartments do not, plenty of capsule coffees, washing machine, lots of drawers to put clothes on although more hangers will instantly improve the stay ;) Responsive host who was extremely helpful

The shower has limited hot water per use (probably needs time to get heated) so when people had to take showers continuously, they had to save the hot water usage. Again, instead of 1-2 hangers per room, more available hangers would be very easy to provide yet extremely useful! It did took some hours to get some help for the first proper check-in (the problem was my iphone software update that caused malfunctioning of the online key system-could be added in the instructions?) so I wished the host could be reachable a bit early. (Had to wait 3hrs to get the first reply back) Other than that, Honestly, we loved the stay :) thank you!!!!!

Spacious in good location, clean and comfortable

AC needs to be improved.

A lovely spacious apartment, living area was really big and bedrooms were all a good size with a double and single bed in each. The living room and 1st bedroom had air conditioning which was great during the 38 degs heat. Great location, wry close to Metro station, supermarket and restaurants.

The 2nd bedroom didn’t have air conditioning, but had 2 fans instead. The first night it was 30 degs in the bedroom so the fans were needed to blow air towards each of the beds. Air conditioning in this room would be a big help to manage in the summer.

The location and the staff who tried to help us cool down this very hot apartment by bringing fans. We stayed in August when it was hot outside, but we payed for an air conditioned apartment and we didn’t get that.

The lack of air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, the poor air conditioning in the living room and in the second bedroom and the smell coming from the small bathroom.
