Location is about 8 minute walk to the nearest Metro Station (Lima) and 15 minute walk to Milano Centrale Station.
Front desk available from 9am-6pm only.
Room was great and we were given an upgrade plus early check in.
Lobby has billards and very cozy.
Few restaurants and supermarkets close by.
If you have any challenges looking for the place, just type Biotek Milano in Google maps - its in the same building.

Staff was great and patient, they had stayed past their working hours to ensure we were able to check in to the accommodation. However, on the first night we noticed some brown sticky liquid leaking from the ceiling. By the next morning, the situation got worse, the leak got increasingly worse throughout the day. Eventually the toilet door was unable to be closed, the kitchen ceiling area was leaking even on to the induction cooker, the ceiling right outside the toilet was leaking and we resorted to wearing slippers around because the floor was so sticky. We could not cook, had to dodge around when going from room to room and basically frozen in place when one person uses the toilet. We were not offered an alternative living location or any form of compensation, only an empty promise of the maintenance people that never came. The slippers worn around the accommodation together with a few other clothing items that came in contact with the liquid were left behind because we were unsure what the liquid was. We never heard back from the team after checking out even though they promised to revert regarding the compensation. Follow ups were ignored. Very unacceptable living conditions and disappointing post check out service.
