Ginger House Project, Boutique Art Apartment in Milan

Great welcome from the owner, he was super helpfull. I had some request due to my alergies before and he did really maximum for my comfort. We also received from him a list of restaurants for dinners, breakfasts,.... We have try couple of them and I have to say, that all were absolutely perfect. The owner just cares of your stay and it makes it really special. The appartment is amazing, clean, comfortable, we just had everything for our comfort. Two bathrooms make it easier for your stay with man.. 🙂 It is located quite near to a city centre, cca 1km from the Centrale. You can walk everywhere easily or to travel by metro (the appartment is located a few steps from a metro station).

Streets are quite noisy mainly from the traffic 24/7. But you can easily manage it with ear plugs in the night (but my sleeping is not very good).

Good location. Metro is right in front of the building at Loreta station, just 2 stops from Centrale station. Several supermarkets nearby. The place is clean and beautiful. There is an elevator. We have everything we need. Davide and Nick are very responsive. There is also a nice restaurant on the opposite side Amarcord.

Nothing. Just be awared that the place is on 1st floor so you may hear the noise from the street (the area is quiet anyway). This doesn’t bother our stay.

A spacious 2 bedroom boutique art apartment with fully equipped facilities made our short trip extremely comfortable. The Loreto subway entrance covering both M1 and M2 is right at the front door step. Many pieces of artworks inside the apartment to satisfy the artistic few.
