Apartamento espaçoso, moderno, confortável, a 15 minutos andando da estação de trem. Apesar de não ter usado a cozinha, possui bons utensílios. Boa roupa de cama e banho. O anfitrião manda vídeos detalhados de como acessar o imóvel e como utilizar os eletrodomésticos da casa, o que ajuda muito. Cortinas elétricas, com blackout total no quarto, o que ajuda no sono. Mercado muito próximo, bom pra quem pretende fazer refeições em casa.
O ar condicionado do quarto não resfriava o suficiente (o da sala é bom), o que atrapalhou um pouco a estadia. Há algumas pequenas coisas que podem melhorar, apesar de não ter atrapalhado nossa estadia: o banheiro não estava bem limpo (manchas na banheira e vaso sanitário), a tomada da cafeteira elétrica não funciona e a geladeira não gela muito bem.
