Located on the second floor of a building with access via an external staircase, the Michela flat is situated in the village of San Gavino in Budoni, a renowned tourist centre in eastern Sardinia.
Located in a quiet residential area, the beach can be reached by car in 10 minutes and offers crystal-clear sea, shallow, sandy seabed and a wonderful, unspoilt natural landscape. The town of Budoni, about 2.5 km away, offers numerous restaurants, bars, and ice-cream parlours where you can enjoy typical Sardinian dishes, and in the evenings, during the summer, there are numerous events and free shows organised in the streets of the town centre. In the area there is the possibility, for enthusiasts, to practice water sports, snorkelling and diving, but also boat trips, horse riding and much more.
Free parking in the vicinity of the flat. On the same floor and in the same property is Apartment Giovanni. . The Olbia/Costa Smeralda airport is 41 km away, the port of Olbia 43 km.

Michela flat can accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room with kitchen and a corridor leading to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and to the bathroom with shower.
The double room also has a cot. Furnished with antique but functional furniture, the flat offers a small covered terrace (4 sq. m.) accessible from the living room, with a side view of the sea, where one can spend pleasant moments of relaxation sipping a good glass of wine. The washing machine is in common use, oven and hob are gas.
Possibility of an extra bed included in the price per child under 12 years.
