Rent in Budoni, Maiorca fraction, apartment located on the first floor of an independent villa of recent construction, consisting of living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms and two covered verandas with sea view, equipped with TV satellite and washing machine, parking space, outdoor shower and possibility to use the barbecue, habitable by four people (with sheets and towels available on request). The house is built using the latest construction technologies, which make it cool even on the hottest summer evenings.
From the garden of the house, 1400 square meters wide, it is also possible to access an agricultural land belonging to the same property, located on the top of the Maiorca hill, from which it is possible to admire the panorama of the sea and the Budoni hills behind.
Located in a ventilated and panoramic area, it is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the sea and at the same time rest surrounded by greenery. You can return from the beach and enjoy the sunset in the shade of the olive trees and the starry sky during the nights.
The house is 7 minutes from the center of Budoni, 10 minutes from Budoni beach, 15 minutes from San Teodoro, with its nightlife and Cinta beach, 15 minutes from Posada, with its medieval village and its beach several times awarded by Legambiente, 25 minutes from Olbia, with its port and Costa Smeralda Airport and 1 hour from Porto Cervo.

Just returned from a wonderful week in this apartment: It was all so marvelous!
Mario and his parents are very nice and polite people.
The apartment was clean and well equipped. A great base to explore the east coast.
