Casa Zeralda - Brand new apartment with private pool in an optimal location. 6 persons

Casa Zeralda is a fantastic apartment and so much more spacious than we expected. We stayed there for a week with 4 adults and 2 babies and it was like a home from home - everything you would need on a holiday - nice clean bathrooms, highchairs and cots for babies if needed, everything in the kitchen you would need, and most importantly on holiday - comfortable beds!!! The owners are lovely and really responsive and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is walking distance to a supermarket and a nice pizza restaurant and nearby Budoni. We hired cars and i'd say this is a must, but it meant we could explore a lot of Sardinia and all of the different beaches which are amazing. Would highly recommend this apartment, and i hope we will be back another year to stay!

Wohnhaus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung (Wendehammer) mit Ferienhäusern. In ca. 2 km ist Budoni (Meer) zu erreichen. Das vermietete Objekt ist im EG. (im OG ist ebenfalls eine Wohnung mit separatem Stellplatz und Zugang) Stellplatz im eingezäuntem Garten. Pool mit Liegen steht zur Einzelnutzung der EG Wohnung zur Verfügung. Leider erst am Nachmittag Schatten am Pool. Gute gehobene Ausstattung inkl Küchenausstattung mit Spülmaschine. Zwei moderne Badezimmer mit jeweils Dusche/WC und Bodenabzieher statt Duschabtrennung. Im Wohnzimmer stand uns eine Amazon Alex als Musikquelle zur Verfügung. Schöner Sitzbereich überdacht mit Vorhängen zum vorziehen als Sonnenschutz. In Küche Stehhocker (3-4 Stk.), im Wohnzimmer 1 Sofa und ein Sessel. Großes Fach TV mit deutschen Sendern. Guter freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter, wie auch zum Makler bzgl. Schüsselübergabe. Vor Ort steht bei Bedarf ein Ansprechpartner (deutschsprachig) zur Verfügung. Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Waren sehr zufrieden.

This was our first holiday in Sardinia and it won’t be our last! The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Malamuri. We found the ground floor apartment was as it was described...new build, three good sized double bedrooms, great showers in the two bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area but the best was the outside dining area and the fantastic pool! We booked the apartment because of the pool and were not disappointed. It is a great area for relaxing in with a cold beer, reading and cooling down after a day at the beach! The position keeps the sun until late into the afternoon, my favourite time of the day! We travelled with 3 older teenagers who all enjoyed bobbing on inflatables and chilling in the pool! Its not a large pool but perfect for what we wanted. A car is essential to give the opportunity to see around the region. The property is about half an hour drive from the airport and easy to find. The local supermarket is well stocked and convenient for essentials, however, we found better value at the MD supermarkets in the local towns.If its a beach holiday you are after, you wont be disappointed! So many to choose from. We went as far north as Baja Sardinia (we dropped the youngsters at Aquadream water slide park and found some great beaches along from Phi beach) and south to Santa Lucia (much quieter than Budoni, San Teodoro or Brandinchi which are all worth a visit) . Dont miss a drive out to Port Cervo to look with envy at the yachts in the harbour! However, we also enjoyed our evening visits to Porto Ottiolu only 10mins away for evening meals at harbour side restaurants. The local restaurant called Symposium serves very good food and is not expensive. Definitely worth an early visit as the bonus is it has WiFi to satisfy our teenager social media cravings! I even managed to still get a connection from there whilst sat around the apartment pool.One highlight was hiring a RIB with a 40hp outboard from Porto San Paolo. An afternoon spent swimming in the crystal clear waters off the island of Molara will be a long abiding memory.A great holiday!
