About this apartment rental
Our beautiful villa is located in the village of Limpiddu (Budoni). We are offering a ground-floor apartment consisting of: a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a shower; The furnishings are brand-new and meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail; they are entirely in shades of green and were created by local artisans. . It’s ideal for a couple, two couples, or a family with children.
The apartment features a private garden at the front of the house, where there’s a lovely veranda furnished with a table and chairs. One of the bedrooms overlooks the back of the garden, where there is another covered veranda, also furnished with a table, chairs, and a small sitting area.
The private garden is completely fenced in; inside, there is a beautiful and comfortable outdoor shower and a barbecue. There’s never a shortage of water since we have our own water supply.

A grocery store, bar, and newsstand are 200 meters away.
A restaurant and pizzeria are 800 meters away.
The town of Budoni is about 1,500 meters from our house; there you’ll find all the necessary services, such as banks, a post office, and a pharmacy, etc.

The municipality of Budoni charges a tourist tax of €1 per person per day
Linens not included; linen rental fee of €20 per person.
