is the ideal choice.
The villa consists of two completely independent apartments. We own only one of them.
Our apartment in this two-family villa is located in the Riviera dei Pini residential area.
The villa is situated in a dream location, nestled in a beautiful private pine forest just 50 meters from the sea.
The apartment consists of: a covered veranda facing the sea, paved with stone and furnished with a table and chairs; a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and a sofa, featuring a charming fireplace clad in granite and wood; a kitchen with a stovetop, gas oven, and refrigerator with freezer, plus a small built-in pantry; the master bedroom opens onto the back of the garden through a French door, has a built-in closet, and features a private bathroom (toilet and sink); a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine; the apartment features a section of a sun terrace furnished with two lounge chairs, from which you can enjoy the sea view.
Stone barbecue and outdoor shower (no hot water).
Private covered parking space 50 meters from the house, or the car can be parked in the pine forest
Its excellent location among the pine trees allows the house to maintain a pleasant temperature even during the hot summer months, making air conditioning completely unnecessary.
From the pine forest, you can access a wild, non-Caribbean-style beach featuring Posidonia, which is a sign of good seawater quality.
It is interspersed with rocky stretches; 150 meters away there is a small cove, and further on, about 1 km away, there is a sandy beach.
About 400 meters away is a bar and restaurant, while

How to get here:
Budoni is 35 km from the port and the Costa Smeralda Airport in Olbia. From Olbia, take the S.S. 131 expressway. Take the Budoni Mare exit and head toward Tanaunella. Continue past Tanaunella for 2 km.
The port of Golfo Aranci is 55 km away.
