The apartment in question is located in Via Limbara 1 in Budoni, about 350m from the white sandy beach, is part of a residential complex composed of 8 completely independent apartments with
covered covered veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Large garden with barbecue and outdoor showers, private parking space.
The first floor apartment is composed of:
- Living dining room. Modular kitchen equipped with all the
necessary (pots, dishes and coffee machine), 3 seater sofa
that if necessary becomes a comfortable bed for one and a half, 40 inches LED TV.
- Double bedroom with a single bed, large built-in wardrobe.
- Small bedroom with French bed.

Unsere Familie hatte eine schöne Woche in dem Apartment. Die Einrichtung war einfach, funktional und komfortabel, alles was wir drei benötigten war vorhanden inklusive Kinderstuhl und Buggy. Wirklich super waren die Fliegengitter und die Mückenkiller (Steckdosenvariante mit Plättchen), so dass wir und vor allem unsere kleine Tochter keinen einzigen Mückenstich abbekommen hatten.
Es sind wirklich nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand und zum Supermarkt sind es ebenfalls nur 15 Minuten - perfekt wenn man Strandurlaub mit Kindern machen möchte. Zur Eisdiele sind es 25 Minuten, aber da ist die Motivation bei uns hoch genug gewesen ;)

Das Haus liegt perfekt! Sehr nah am Strand, wir mussten nur 5 min laufen. Das Wasser war glasklar und der Strand breit und weitläufig . Zur anderen Seite in den Ort waren es ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten, direkt an der Ecke gab es einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet , es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Das Highlight ist die schöne Terrasse. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man kann gut entspannen. Das einzige Manko ist , dass die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat . Aber weil die Wohnung nah am Meer liegt weht nachts eine leichte Brise und durch die Mückengitter konnten die Fenster weit geöffnet werden. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso e confortevole e ben attrezzato.
Situato in posizione strategica e tranquilla tra la spiaggia e il centro del paese.
Una volta arrivati ci siamo potuti dimenticare della macchina.
Le descrizioni e le foto corrispondono a quanto troverete.

Diese Wohnung in Budoni hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen .. die Lage ist wirklich Prima und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieter wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern da, das hat wirklich gut funktioniert. Die Ausstattung ist eher durchschnittlich man findet (fast) alles was man braucht. Wirklich sehr gut war, dass alle Fenster mit Sonnenschutz und Fliegengittern ausgestattet sind.
Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung.
