Recent structure - in the hills (170 m. S. L.m.), in a suggestive village - typically Sardinian, with the green behind and the sea on the horizon -
5 minutes: from the long white beaches and the fine sand of Gallura - from the shops, markets, amusements of which the area is rich but at the same time out of all the hustle and bustle .... suitable for relaxing and enjoying the scent of the holiday. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, with a west entrance, has a capacity of 4 to 6 beds - very spacious and very bright. All bedrooms have two flat beds (single or double), with the possibility of adding a bed or cot. The habitable, functional kitchenette, furnished with all the accessories and utensils for the kitchen, an equipped covered veranda that allows outdoor lunch and dinner. A living room with wood fired olle - TV / sat..A bathroom, with shower / toilet - washing machine - hairdryer - large and windowed. Outside the garden, large space to rest in the sun, with plants and flowers, barbecue, water reserve. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Appartamento molto grazioso, pulito e in buona posizione, completo di tutto quanto può servire. Buon prezzo, ottimo il rapporto con l'host e con Vrbo, con i quali abbiamo più volte parlato per tutti i chiarimenti del caso, sempre disponibili ed esaustivi entrambi.

la casa è situata a TAMARISPA, una frazione di Budoni che è raggiungibile in 5 minuti; è in collina quindi molto fresca e arieggiata; noi abbiamo alloggiato al 1° piano della villa, ci sono 3 camere, il bagno molto spazioso con lavatrice, cucina dotata di qualsiasi utensile, soggiorno, un bel terrazzo attrezzato per i pasti con una visuale stupenda sul golfo e un patio con barbecue.
Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, i proprietari sono due persone gentilissime che ci hanno fatto sentire subito come a casa, la casa è arredata benissimo, anzi le foto in internet non trasmettono a sufficienza la cura nell'arredamento.
Unico neo: non ci sono negozi di nessun genere, quindi per qualsiasi cosa bisogna andare a Budoni; per noi non è stato comunque un problema visto che tutti i giorni ci si spostava per girare le fantastiche spiagge della zona.
Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chi, in vacanza, ama la tranquillità e la pace senza rinunciare al comfort.
