Located on the second floor of a building with access via an external staircase, the Fabiana flat is situated in the village of San Gavino in Budoni, a renowned tourist centre in eastern Sardinia.
Located in a quiet residential area, the beach can be reached by car in 10 minutes and offers crystal-clear sea, shallow, sandy seabed and a wonderful, unspoilt natural landscape. The town of Budoni, about 2.5 km away, offers numerous restaurants, bars, and ice-cream parlours where you can enjoy typical Sardinian dishes, and in the evenings, during the summer, there are numerous events and free shows organised in the streets of the town centre. In the area there is the possibility, for enthusiasts, to practice water sports, snorkelling and diving, but also boat trips, horse riding and much more.
Free parking in the vicinity of the flat. In the same property, located in the building next door, are flat Michela and flat Giovanni. Olbia/Costa Smeralda airport is 41 km away, the port of Olbia 43 km.
