Perfect location, very convenient to the college and Seneca City. House is very clean and nicely appointed. Location was very peaceful and the screened in porch was wonderful for my wife to sit a read. Really a great place, couldn't be happier.

This home is great for families or friends, with two separate living spaces, large screened in porches, and a big kitchen. Everything looked better in person; very clean. Nice wooded view out back.

Moving our eldest child into Clemson University as a freshman was going to be a hectic endeavor - having a large, clean, quiet oasis to return to each day proved to work out perfectly. The property was close in proximity to campus but far enough away to provide peace and seclusion. Space for our family was never an issue with plenty of room, upstairs and downstairs to relax. Being near the lake also inspired us to rent a boat from the nearby marina and explore the area even more. A wonderful locale for any family and we would definitely return if and when the opportunity arises.

A large reason our family chose this home to rent was the outdoor area that was promoted. Upon arrival, we noticed how unkept the landscape was from overgrown shrubs and weeds covering the walkway to the home to the terribly overgrown backyard facing the lake. Upon further inspection, the outdoor porches were just as unkept and dirty. All tables and chairs were covered in outdoor matter, the grill was open, unclean and some burners were out- not to mention the cobwebs and leaves that covered the porch. I think it is important to a renter of a lakefront home to have an outdoor area that is well kept due to the fact this is where you plan to spend a large portion of your vacation. The indoor area was a nice set up with the 2 levels which included 2 dens and two refrigerators -however, the upstairs rug was dirty and the walls were scuffed a good bit. This home has the potential to be a great place to vacation but it needs some outdoor and indoor upkeep and updates.
