Good Times! Lake Hartwell 3 bedroom home just 7 miles to Clemson

Our stay was great! The home is spacious and comfortable with multiple sitting areas, both inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked. There are several games, including a ping pong table for entertainment. The house is located on a small cove with no worry about loud jet skis or boats so you could sit on the dock and enjoy the peace and quiet. It feels secluded but is actually close to Clemson and Seneca. We can't wait to stay here again.

This was a super spacious house with very comfy beds & nice comfy furniture. Everyone slept great. A/C & fans worked great. The dock & kayaks, even with the water so low, was a ton of fun & we even rented a houseboat--though the motor would not tilt, so a little nervous about being stuck in the mud. The ping pong was great & if you wanted tv, they had em! Only 1 puzzle, no games or books besides toddler sized connect four & tic-tac-toe. The owner was amazing at communication & providing info! The only things that didn't make it perfect: the towels in the master-one was stained & they seemed kinda tired, like ready for the garage. The kids' bath had much nicer towels. There were like 2 kitchen garbage bags, which I did not feel like I needed to provide a new box, so we started using grocery bags. There were no kleenex in any bathroom. And a lamp needed a light bulb. There was no cleaning spray for the counters that I could find, and there were ants (which was more likely from weather stripping on balcony door needing replacing), so I had to run out & buy quite a few things that seemed like should be available for a week stay.Having said that, I know it's tough for owners to keep some basics stocked especially if a visitor goes nutso using supplies, but tissues & something to clean counters seem like standard things. There was plenty of dishwashing pods but barely any laundry soap. I did 1 load of laundry.Easy but many turns drive to Clemson or Seneca.
