You’re just minutes from Clemson University—perfect for football weekends, campus visits, or events—while still feeling like you’ve escaped to a quiet, wooded retreat. Lake Keowee is also nearby, making it easy to spend your days on the water, boating, swimming, or simply soaking in the views.
Welcome to our comfortable and thoughtfully designed home, perfect for families and friends looking to relax and enjoy time together. The layout offers both shared gathering spaces and private retreats for everyone. Downstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms along with a full bathroom, making it ideal for guests who prefer easy access without stairs. A dedicated laundry area (in downstairs bathroom) is also located on this level for added convenience during longer stays. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite provides a peaceful escape, complete with its own private en-suite bathroom. This setup allows for extra privacy and comfort, especially for couples or those wanting a quiet retreat.
Additional Info: Smart TV, Central AC/Heat, Free WIFI, Washer & Dryer, Linens/Towels, Trash bags/Paper Towels, Parking for up to 4 cars in driveway (please note that the driveway has a flat area suitable for 2 cars and an additional cars will be on a slight hill)

NO SMOKING on the property at all. NO parties, events, or large gatherings. Maximin of 2 dogs allowed ($75 pet fee/dog). Must be 21 years old to book. * We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict check-in and check-out times to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
* Check-out is promptly at 10:00 a.m., as our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare the cabin for incoming guests.
* A $200 late departure fee will be applied if the property is not vacated by the designated check-out time.
