About this house rental
Beautifully updated 4 bed/3 bath home located just off Clemson's campus, steps from the Walker Course and within walking distance to Death Valley. This home has 3 beds and 2 baths down, and 1 large bedroom and bath upstairs. Huge kitchen that opens to family room with fireplace and den. There are 2 large flat screen TV's in the living area to enjoy watching sports and movies. Enormous backyard that features a patio with gas grill, wood burning fire pit, adirondack chairs and two tables that seat up to 8 to enjoy meals alfresco. Well behaved dogs are welcome at our home. There is a $100 pet fee per booking.

We had a great stay for our daughter’s commencement! The location was really convenient and walking distance to the Walker golf course and Solé on the Green. We loved all the Clemson Tiger touches! The communication and check-in/check-out process were great.

The house was well-maintained and the owners clearly are Clemson alumni. The house is well decorated with Clemson Tiger collectibles. The check-in was easy m, the owner quickly responded to questions before we checked in. We had no issues with our stay. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Clemson.

This is a great house! Perfect size and location for our family with an awesome yard and neighborhood. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it. You're in a quiet little neighborhood right on the edge of Clemson's campus. The Walker Golf course is right next door and Lake Hartwell. We took walks and met the neighbors, everyone is friendly. The house is the perfect size - we had plenty of room to gather as well as get a little private time. The owners are very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again.Thanks!
