About this house rental
This house sits 1.5 miles from Clemson's campus and downtown Clemson. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths mean you can bring the whole family, or all your old buddies up for a weekend together. The driveway can typically accommodate 5 vehicles, so there's no need to worry about planning your arrival if everybody is coming from different places. Included are all the necessities. Fridge, microwave, laundry, etc. You can settle in for a weekend trip without any worries about your logistics. For sleeping arrangements, there is one master bedroom, with an attached full bath. There are also two other bedrooms which share a full bath, including a tub. In the living room, you'll find a sofa and two leather chairs, perfect for kicking your feet up after a day spent roaming the tailgates around Memorial Stadium. Outside, you can either spend an evening in a rocking chair with a book, or out on the deck with the grill fired up. The kitchen counter is a perfect place to set up your serving area for breakfast before your weekend festivities. After a day spent exploring the surrounding mountains, out on the lake, or catching a Tiger football game, there's nothing better than settling in back at the house to wind down. With a full dining room and spacious living room, and a picnic table on the back deck, you can enjoy your evenings inside or out, no matter the weather. Publix is just across highway 93, for those last minute grocery runs. For those reunion weekends with your old college buddies, this house is perfectly situated. If you're heading to Greenville, 123 is just one block away. If you're staying local, the easy access to downtown is unbeatable. Within 10 minutes you can be walking through the door at the Esso Club or Backstreets for some wings and beer. Once you run out of steam and are ready to get away from all the crowds, it's a quick trip and in just 10 minutes you can be sprawled out on the couch.

The house was perfect for our family trip to see a Clemson football game. It was a perfect location for walking to and from the stadium. The house had everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to bring our dog.
