Everything was as described on VRBO. There were no surprises. The house owner, Tookie, was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. The proximity to Clemson is unmatched. We made it to our tailgate spot in 10 minutes on game day ... the return trip in heavy traffic wasn’t much longer. I highly recommend this home - we will be back.

Charming location, easy commute to campus. Our family and friends enjoyed the home especially the pool table room. Kitchen conducive to entertaining. All three bedrooms and the two full bathrooms tucked away upstairs, ideal for those with earlier bedtimes. Great room comfy. Covered back porch right off kitchen with extra seating. Two half baths in common areas nice feature.
Owner very accommodating and easy to reach.

What a wonderful spacious home for our stay during Clemson's Homecoming weekend. Plenty of room in the house for us and made good use of the pool table and the 'tavern', as well as the family room. A little too wet and chilly for the outdoor pool unfortunately. My boys enjoyed the front yard throwing the football around.
Tookie is a great host. The house was clean and comfortable. Located across the lake you have a feeling of remoteness but within minutes you can access one of the 3 bridges/routes to get across to Clemson. Having those options is nice to avoidor plan around gameday traffic if needed.
Although near the small airport, don't give it a second thought with regards to noise or anything.
Overall a great stay!
