An excellent house in an outstanding location. Its not easy to find a place that is both close to campus but also quiet and peaceful and this house is both. Even with homecoming traffic, we were at the stadium in minutes. The house was very clean, well stocked and also attractive. Host was lovely and helpful about everything we needed.

Our group used this Seneca house as a home base while visiting Clemson for 'family weekend'. Although we did not spend a ton of time at the house, it was a perfect place to come back to. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious on a quiet street. Although we did not use all the amenities, having a full sized washer/dryer was great. Owner was lightning fast in responding to questions.We would absolutely stay here again.Go Tigers!

One of the guests who has ALS slipped out the shower and broke off the front corner of the lip to the toilet bowl. I have left money in the kitchen drawer to the right of the dishwasher to cover the expense
