About this house rental
Long story short, I built this house so my family and friends can all get together in one place. I wanted somewhere open and private, close to a lake, and off the beaten path. But also close enough to civilization. I want your family and friends to enjoy this house, too. Get together up here for a getaway weekend, a full week off, or more. There’s room for everybody, a full kitchen, outdoor barbecue, outdoor bonfire pit, 2 miles of walking paths on the property, 46 acres of woods, and the best stars you’ve seen in Georgia. I also have a JetSki and ATVs available for rent. If you’ve got a big group, this is your place.

The host and the space are the highlight. The communication was better than any property I've been to. He's prompt, clear, and very easy to talk with! As far as the space goes, there are more things to do and relax than we had time for. Will return 100%

My family stayed here during our daughter’s wedding weekend. The wedding was at Toccoa Falls which is an absolutely stunning waterfall. My family raved about the spaciousness of the home. They were able to squeeze in some hiking in addition to attending the wedding events.
