About this house rental

Long story short, I built this house so my family and friends can all get together in one place. I wanted somewhere open and private, close to a lake, and off the beaten path. But also close enough to civilization. I want your family and friends to enjoy this house, too. Get together up here for a getaway weekend, a full week off, or more. There’s room for everybody, a full kitchen, outdoor barbecue, outdoor bonfire pit, 2 miles of walking paths on the property, 46 acres of woods, and the best stars you’ve seen in Georgia. I also have a JetSki and ATVs available for rent. If you’ve got a big group, this is your place.

From the very beginning, Marc was a fantastic host. Long before my group arrived, he communicated with me at every turn. The house was large enough to accommodate my family and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the kitchen had adequate pots/pans and all the items that you would have in your own home (to include seasonings)! We will definitely rent again in the future. Marc - thanks for a great experience!

This property is beautiful and the house met all of our expectations. Indoor and outdoor activities were very entertaining for our group and the cooking facilities were top notch. Our host kept us posted. Easy check in and out.
