Absolutely beautiful 2,404 sq ft home with 8 beds across 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms and a half bath. Main floor has everything you need including the living room, kitchen, dining, primary King bedroom with ensuite and laundry room. Head upstairs for the additional two bedrooms. First bedroom upstairs has another King, twin, and trundle twin. Second upstairs bedroom as two twins with two trundles.

FIREPLACE:

We have an electric fireplace that guests are able to use. It is located in the living room.

Seating for 5 on the back porch and seating for 5 around the firepit.



FIREPIT:

We have a firepit for guest use.

Head outside and enjoy our propane gas grill - we supply the propane!

Enjoy our private covered single boat slip dock with upgraded composite decking



WATER LEVELS

As of March 3, 2026 we have less than a foot of water at the end of our dock. You are still able to launch the kayaks, but the water level is extremely low.

Our path is 285' long and is a very gentle walk to the water

Our house is located in a quiet subdivision.

Paved road to the home.

For the safety of your dog, please keep all dogs on leashes and attended to during your stay. We do have other neighborhood animals and wildlife roaming the area.

CLEANING:

We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in.



LATE CHECK IN (after 8PM):

May be possible, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate / offer additional support



LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY:

Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
