For our extended family break, the location was great; loved being close to the Sound and the Gulf with beautiful, white beach and fun surf, easy to restaurants and shops, and the bridge to Pensacola.
The biggest drawback for us, with allergies and mold sensitivities, was that the house smelled and showed mold and mildew. Unfortunately, it was the worst in the big bedroom (2 beds) and bathroom downstairs. Overpowering smell, we all felt it.
Otherwise the space and pool were wonderful, the furniture and decorations high quality, the kitchen well stocked and equipped.
Beach towels are needed, but the bed linens and bath towels were good.
Easy to find, lots of parking, on the road, but quiet.

This house is comfortable for a big group. The pool and closeness to the beach are great.
The great room and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The master bedroom is huge! There are 2 bathrooms on the main floor so the master and another bedroom share one bathroom. The third bedroom is attached to the second bathroom which is accessible from the hallway so the fourth bedroom on the main floor shares that bathroom. A half-bath on this floor would be very beneficial..
The bathrooms and kitchen were not clean to our standards.. Floors were still dusty and lots of mildew was present in the shower of the master bathroom. The baseboards throughout the house were really dusty and dirty as if not cleaned in a long time. The kitchen cupboards were sticky to the touch. I spent time washing them off before we unloaded our groceries. Other than the cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen, I have never rented a house with so many amenities! Coffee, tea, toiletries, laundry soap, napkins, papertowels, and trashbags all provided! That was wonderful and unexpected!
The pool is great and the deck on the back was beautiful at sunset.
Overall, I would stay here again but cleanliness and the condition of the decking needs to be addressed.
