As you step into this beautifully appointed condo, you'll be greeted by an inviting and spacious interior, adorned with modern furnishings and upscale amenities. The open-concept living area is the ideal space to unwind, featuring comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Step out onto the large private balcony from the living area or the Primary bedroom and take in the mesmerizing sights and sounds of the Gulf.
The Primary suite is a serene haven, boasting a luxurious King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and balcony access. Relax and rejuvenate as you listen to the gentle waves lapping against the shore. The second bedroom offers another King bed and a flat-screen TV for added comfort and convenience. Additionally, there is a bonus room with a Queen bed and flat-screen TV, providing extra sleeping space for larger groups or families.

The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The condo was so clean and I love that the linens were all extremely clean and soft and fresh!!! Location was amazing. Check in was so easy! Would definitely love to stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, we felt very safe in the area. The only reason for a 4 star vs 5 star is we received email the day before we left letting us know of suggestions of things to bring. I wish this email would have come sooner as we were already traveling. Example of items were toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. All these items we could've grabbed a few from home instead of having to buy larger quanties while on vacation. Overall it was still a wonderful stay.
