About this apartment rental
Seawinds is a family-friendly beachfront vacation condo Gulf Shores, Alabama (located directly next to Sea N Suds).
Several recent updates to the unit and the complex. New tiled walk-in shower in the master bathroom, new toilet and tile. New furniture in the living room including sleeper couch, loveseat, and chair. Replaced dishwasher, washer & dryer, refrigerator (with ice maker that works), microwave & hot water heater in 2024. And a new King Bedroom set in the master bedroom in 2025. Fabulous deck furniture for morning coffee and sunsets. The elevators have been completed revamped and new 'guts'. They are much faster and efficient than prior.
You'll find the famous beaches of Alabama's Gulf Coast mere steps from your condo door. The condo faces the Gulf of Mexico, so you will enjoy captivating panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, miles and miles of sugar white sand, spectacular sunsets and dolphins playing from your private balcony. On several occasions, I have been able to watch the Blue Angels fly by.
The condo is located on the 5th floor with the first three floors of the building being a parking ramp. If the elevators are crowded, park on the 3rd floor and it's only 2 flights of stairs to the unit. The unit is located directly across from the elevators.
The condo offers everything you need to feel at home including a washer and dryer, cable television, free WiFi, linens and well-appointed bathrooms.
The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and a breakfast bar with stools. Dinnerware, pots, pans, towels, washcloths are all included. Just bring your groceries, beach towels, and you are all set!
The building has a heated indoor/outdoor beachfront swimming pool, heated outdoor splash pool with fun water features for children, a beach view hot tub, a state of the art fitness center with a sauna, and covered parking.
The rental includes one parking pass with your rental. A second parking pass can be available for an additional fee. Those can be obtained directly or from the security guard shack on site.
We're centrally located near local attractions such as restaurants, Gulf state park trails, deep sea fishing, parasailing, wave running, shopping, golfing, and a zoo, The Amphitheater at the Wharf, Waterworld USA and the Gulf Island National Seashore. Several local shops, restaurants and bars, including popular destinations such as The Hangout & Pink Pony are within walking distance. Sea N Suds is right next door. There is a convenience store across the street and a Wafflehouse.

Had a great stay ! Easy check in and kitchen had all the amenities you need ! Excellent location! My family and I had a wonderful time ! We plan on going again next year!

Easy beach access with a convenient location to food and any other necessities. Plenty of room for our family and has a great view of the ocean and beach.

Positives: view and outdoor furniture are fine. Kitchen is fully stocked.Negatives: furniture cushions were filthy. Please- have your cleaning company take photos. We have stayed in 3 other condos in this bldg and never encountered any problems like this.Love seat sank so low it was challenging to get out of it. Pillows on sofa and loveseat should be trashed how expensive is it to get some from Walmart?
