CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The condo was absolutely wonderful. We had zero issues with the condo itself. However, we were without power for a few hours and then the following day the elevator wasn’t working for a few hours. Being on oxygen it definitely was an issue being without power. Like I said, as for the condo it was great!

I booked this place because of the reviews for cleanliness. While overall it was pretty good there were a couple things that were bothersome. The bathrooms had random gross hairs and the guest shower had a bunch of sand and dirt in it. Also, the dishes were not clean. There was food on the dishes and food particles in the dishwasher. All of the soap they provide for showers, dishes, washing machine etc were very cheap. Also the toilet paper and paper towels were the cheapest brand and super thin. This was unlike other places we’ve stayed in that there were no basic foods provided like salt and pepper, oil for cooking etc. finally, I’d recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones there are SO flat and uncomfortable. The couches had some food on it, melted chocolate or something and some stains.
Some positives: great location, great view, fast communication and overall was a positive experience.
