Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The property was very clean and a good location. One of the reasons I chose them was because the kids bunks had TV’s, but they did not function correctly during our stay so we could not use them. They tried to have them fixed while we were there but they could not get them working properly. This unit has the bare basic essentials. One roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, no laundry detergent, 2 dishwasher pods, no conditioner only shampoo and body wash (very little,) basic linens and towels, no salt, no coffee, no sweetener, no hairdryer, no iron or ironing board, no hand soap, no coffee filters, etc. They DID have a clean unit with no bugs, good location convenient to beach, quick to respond to questions, washer and dryer in unit, nice balcony with great view, easy door dash options and close to restaurants and a little store. Comfortable beds, and very clean- with a vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan (all great for sand,) and no carpet. We found that it was a little loud at times, hearing the people in units around you. It was hard to tell the difference between a sound that was coming from inside our unit (like our kids,) or the unit adjacent. The bunk beds have a window next to them, and my kids thought it would be fun to hang down into it which they got stuck. It was a little scary at first but we got them out. The hot tub wasn’t hot the first 2 days, on the 2nd day the guy at the office at the condo said it was too late to do anything about it, so i messaged the management company and it was fixed the following day. Not sure how this happens but it’s possible if you are looking forward to using the hot tub it may not be hot. The pools were great, my kids loved them. The elevators were very slow and sometimes had lines, so we started using the stairs. A great workout for 15 floors lol also which my kids loved. Overall we had a nice trip. Thank you very much.
