We ended up in a bind trying to accommodate my mother in law and this place was perfect!!!! Beach front balcony where you an hear and see the waves was exactly what we needed. Thr place was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for our family beach vacation. Thank you so much for all you did to accommodate us!!! Would definitely stay again!!!!

The room was super big and spacious and it was extra clean when we got there and everything was great here. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Seawinds is in a great location. Nothing between us and the Gulf of Mexico but sand and seagulls. You could park your car and not use it again until you check out and leave. Close to everything we were interested in seeing. We arrived, parked the car, rode the elevator, and walked into our room. Just that easy. The rooms are showing some wear. Some small fixtures were broken or missing: no stopper for bathroom sink; a curtain tie-back missing; just some minor burps. All of the lights worked. All televisions worked. The dining table and the balcony table crowded the spaces they are in. We had all kitchen and eating utensils needed. Be sure to bring your dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. The laundry room was cluttered. The swimming pool was small but adequate. The kiddie pool was nice. Access to the beach was very good.The pricing was a bit high but we had a great stay. Our host, Pari, was top flight. Easy to communicate with, gave clear concise instructions, and answered all of our questions. We were always just a text message away. I give Pari two thumbs up and five stars.
