Condo was clean and well appointed. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. We could easily see fireworks on the 4th! Short walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Worked well for our family.

The property was perfect for our family. Everything was exactly as pictured, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all of the supplies we needed. The splash pad was closed for 2 days, but otherwise, was perfect for the little ones. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

View, location, check in/out and communication was great. Needs updating especially the linens and pillows were very old looking and did not smell clean. Furniture in living room needs updating also. It was only surfaced cleaned. We have rented for over 30 yrs and for the money and fees we paid I really expected more. There is only one elevator in the building and there were long waits to get on and off which I know is not an unit owner issue but property owners should consider another one. I would rent again if these the updates were addressed for sure.
