Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. We had a great time! This condo was great. The master bedroom carpet needs a shampoo, but everything else was great! Perfect size for our family of 6. We had 3 adults and 3 children.

The location of the property is perfect. Several wonderful restaurants are close by, as well as a lot of shopping. The check-in process was easy and I had good communication with the property manager. The furniture is old, however, it was accurately depicted in the photos. The condo was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. My two-year-old granddaughter handed me a vape that she found underneath a bed. We also found several popsicle wrappers in random locations, and we had not had any popsicles. Our biggest complaint of this property are the elevators or the lack there of. There are two working elevators for the entire complex. The third elevator, which is mentioned in the listing, is in a separate building where the gym is. The main pool is also very small. We decided to stay another night and our key code was changed, which left us locked out of our unit. Luckily, I was able to contact the property manager, and we were sent a new code promptly. Overall, for the price that we paid for this particular unit, I would look for a different complex with better amenities and an updated condo. , I would look for a different complex with better amenities and a updated condo if we were to visit Gulf Shores again.
