Guest 1: King sized bed, semi-private bath

High quality, double stacked queen sized air mattress with internal pump provided for extra sleeping arrangement.

Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The overall property on the inside was nice. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The outside of the building was not the best. The pool was ok, the handicap button for the door didn’t work, the jacuzzi had cold water in it. I’ve stayed at a few VRBO‘s this one was ok it would’ve been nice to have had some coffee and possibly beach towels this is a beach property. The beach chairs were for people who were younger and the umbrellas were not that great.

Check in and out was very and quick, they even had our room ready early! Was a good view of the ocean and comfortable stay! Elevator in our building got a tad busy at times. But was overall a nice enjoyable vacation for our family with a 2 year old and 7 year old!
