CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

We were lucky enough to stay a month at this beautiful location, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The condo was exactly as described in the listing — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.The main reason I chose this particular condo was the amazing outdoor balcony seating, and it absolutely did not disappoint! Please never change that setup. The couch seating is so comfortable, and unlike most condos with high tables and chairs that block your view at railing height, this setup allows you to fully enjoy the gorgeous beach and ocean views with no obstruction at all. We spent countless hours out there relaxing and taking it all in.Seawind Condos is also in the perfect location. Everything you could possibly need is nearby — several restaurants within walking distance, food trucks set up on the property, and even a market right across the street. Honestly, you could park your car and never leave if you didn’t want to.Perfect condo in a perfect location. This will definitely be our new “go-to” spot for future beach trips!

The beach view was breathtaking! The condo is just as pictured & such a clean space. Parking was very easy to navigate and beach access was easily accessible! The only downfall was there only being one elevator, but being on the 4th floor and parking on the 3rd made the stairs not so bad. Will definitely be my forever go to place when vacationing here! If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to enjoy the beach & views, this is the place!

Rooms were clean. Parking spots were a bit narrow which made it easily to get dings on your car. A grab bar would have been very helpful and much safer getting in and out of bathtub. The sofa and chairs were pretty low which is more difficult for older people to get out of. Kitchen was stocked well.

Overall, a good property. There were 3 adult women staying. The 3rd "bedroom" had no closet or wardrobe. No dresser. It's more like an office space. A condo owner set her condo on the 13th floor on fire. We had water on the 4th floor, which required fans to run for 9 days. They made it roght. run for 9 days.
