CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. The room and its amenities were great. The minor issue we had with a drain was fixed immediately. My only complaint is the one elevator which they are overhauling the one. So expect longer waits but it will be fixed soon. Overall I'd stay here again if I come to gulf shores.

This beautiful beachfront condo has a huge balcony with a stunning view! Very clean and looks exactly as listed. The property manager (Liquid Life) was absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very responsive & checked in to make sure everything was okay. The parking was a bit of an issue since our family all traveled separately and you only get one parking pass with your booking & can only purchase 1 extra. Luckily there was free parking across the street so it all worked out. The gym equipment was pretty outdated and some of the machines didn't work properly.... would really love to see some improvements made there. The access to the pool restrooms near the beach was a huge plus along with multiple rinsing stations to clean off before heading back up to your condo. The pool, hot tub and kiddie pool were all very nice also. Overall very pleased with our stay and will definitely be returning.

Listing is accurate! Condo is clean and cozy. The view and balcony are the best in the building. Building is ok, nothing special.
