The condo is very nice and well-equipped. There are even beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, AND a cart, to haul it all down! Really liked the availability of carts for check in and check out. The parking garage is awful, unless you’re driving a Fiat. The spaces are way too tight. Biggest negative was only two elevators for 20 floors, and the week we were there (Fall Break), they decided to do maintenance on one elevator. Sometimes there was a 25 minute wait.

This property Did Not Disappoint!!! The property has a stunning view of the ocean and is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. I have a child with severe allergies, so I am keen on the cleanliness of the property especially in relation to smell and mildew/mold in beach environments. This property was awesomely clean and smelled great. It has a fully functional kitchen and is stocked with additional essentials of beach life (chairs, etc). The property itself is nice with moving carts to assist with easy transportation of luggage to and from vehicles. Beach access is also great! Down the elevators and a walk right onto the walkway that’s equipped with water spouts to rinse off the sand on your way back into the property.

Everything about our stay was amazing from the cleanilness to the accessible amenties and fun water sports right on the beach! Communication was excellent and response time was impecable. No complaints here!
