Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Location is perfect, loved the gulf view and patio! The unit was quiet and clean with amenities as described. Appreciated the kids pool area and list of things recommended to bring. There is also a community share box to utilize others' chairs, beach toys. There are no beach towels supplied. Quite disappointing this unit smelled of cigarette smoke considering it's listed as a non-smoking unit; recommend rectifying this. Could also utilize more blankets-got a little cold. I don't think the unit is stocked for those who fly here; so that should be considered (extra DW/laundry soap, TP, paper towels, garbage bags). Please provide coffee filters.

We really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the views off the balcony. It feels like paradise. There were s few minor disappointments. The parking garage is too small for most vehicles and it happened to be pouring rain when we arrived. So we had to park outside. The hot tub and pool on site were cold and the master bed was hard as a rock. Our Air conditioning stopped working the first day. But they had it repaired very quickly. We loved it there and didn't want to leave!.
