beautiful property, we had everything we needed, very close to the beach.

Beautiful location, quite & not to commercialized, the beach was walking distance, very clean & looked after. We had a lovely swim with the sealions who visited us during our swim.

it was all very lovely, the only thing we noticed, the bathroom could have been given a deeper clean. we appreciate that the season was coming to an end. Everything else was lovely.

So spacious! I truly cannot fault it. I was blown away by it's size, decor and the proximity to the beach.

Fabulous 4 days

Loved the accommodation! Huge, very comfortable apartment, in an excellent location in sight of the beach and close to a great takeaway, and bar/restaurant, as well as a cafe. Place was well equipped with lots of crockery. Loved the huge towels! Host was very easy to contact and helpful

It would have been good if there was some information on the local area, and how appliances worked. Directions on booking.com weren't accurate, although we managed to find the accomodation no problem. It would have been good if there was a clothes drying rack as some things can't go in the dryer. But these are minor niggles.

Perfect in every single respect

Absolutely everything was perfect. The location simply could not be beaten being only 200 paces from the front door to Aberporth's two glorious golden sandy, safe and not crowded beaches. The property itself was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and with everything you could want and more. Excellent modern bath and shower room, superb kitchen with top of the range appliances including a washing machine and tumble drier that took all the worry out of managing towels and swimming costumes after spending all day every day (with two young children) on the beach. Free dedicated on-site parking was another huge bonus (this being Aberporth) and the brilliant Waters Edge Café almost next door meant we cooked far far less than we had intended. And last but not least, our host could not have been more helpful, making arrival and settling in super easy and fast. Nobody wanted to leave and we are already planning out next visit.

Lovely seaside town.

Great kitchen with more plates, cups and utensils than I have seen before. 2 good sized bedrooms, ideal for a family. Can see the sea from the front of the property and literally 50 to 60 metres from the seafront.

Found the settee a little uncomfy but others may be fine on it.

Lovely family-friendly stay next to Aberporth beach, sparkly clean property and attentive host.

Location next to beach Attentive and thoughtful host - answered any questions, also kindly provided breakfast items Parking spot available Sparkly clean accommodation High quality kitchenware and appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer. Plenty of books including children’s books TVs in every room including cable Family friendly stay, plenty of space

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, mattress in. Large bedroom perhaps needed to be rotated and headboard more tightly fixed to frame, but absolutely lovely stay overall.

Disappointing. Overpowering damp smell spoiled our stay.

The strong smell of damp was overwhelming and outweighed any of the positives for us. Shower drainage situation not acceptable and prone to flooding if not used as per signage in bathroom.
