Perfect location, very peaceful
There were plates and cutlery that had been put back unwashed, should have been checked before next guests checked in.

Excellent location with lovely views over the Estuary. Bathrooms and kitchen really well fitted and beds very comfortable. Enjoyed the garden furniture and had drinks and lunch outside using the patio furniture.
Only comment is garden could have been a bit tidier, but do appreciate that the weather this summer has been difficult.
