The property had a great enclosed balcony, comfy and homely.

Carpet areas could do with a shampoo, few stains visible, to be expected with high traffic areas

The caravan was in a great location, very clean & very comfortable. All bedding, towels, tea towels, washcloths were provided along with cleaning products. Various hot drinks were provided along with biscuits which I thought was excellent & something which I've never come across before. The wrap around decking was great & our dachshund entertained himself by walking around it coming in one door & out of the other. Not that we needed it but it was good to know that the caravan has heating throughout as well as a lovely fire. Lots of storage space throughout.

Wow, it's absolutely fantastic everything & i mean everything you need. It's there even a coffee & tea tray. Beautiful caravan inside & out spotlessly clean 10/10.

Everything!! The only caravan I've stayed in where you can check in from 12midday. Upon arrival there was a tea and coffee station including biscuits, such a wonderful idea for guests to have a coffee and relax before unpacking. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was included, towels and linen, cleaning products, hairdryer and iron and even an umbrella which is a good idea for taking the dog to the toilet in the rain. The beds are super comfy I didn't want to get out on a morning. The fire is quick at heating the living area when you get up in a morning. We used the heating for half an hour when we got in on a evening as the bedrooms can get a little chilly but half an hour was all that was needed as it gets warm really quickly. The 2 bathrooms was a godsend for me has my twin teenage boys have an habit at wanting to use the toilet at the same time so there was no arguments! The owners sent clear instructions on getting into the park and into the caravan so check in was a breeze. The owners clearly take pride in their caravan and the cleanliness was outstanding! Overall we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to use this accommodation again should we decide to return in the future.

Nothing! A little lamp in the living area would have been ideal but that's personal preference! As there isn't any WiFi as yet the TV channels was limited, for me it wasn't a problem as the WiFi isn't the end of the world but having 15 year old boys to them it seemed like the world had already ended! 😬 As I understand WiFi is due to be connected so it wouldn't be a problem in the future.
