Lokalizacja przy samym starym mieście Estepony i przy plaży. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Wygodne 2 łazienki.
Brudny nieprzygotowany na nasz pobyt taras. Ostatnie piętro gdzie nie dojeżdża winda. Hałas z okolicznych restauracji i lokali do godziny 2-3 w nocy. Remont - dość hałaśliwy - w budynku na dachu prowadzony przez zarządcę budynku o którym nie zostaliśmy poinformowani przed przyjazdem. Na klatce schodowej budynku praktycznie codziennie leżał jakiś karaluch. Kamieniste wejście do wody z plaży.
