El apartamento, en general, esta bien. Es pequeño, pero está reformado por dentro y se nota, ya que en general se ve limpio, luminoso y ordenado. A pesar de ser pequeño, tiene cama de matrimonio en la habitación y una cocina útil.
Es difícil calificar mal el apartamento por algo que no depende directamente de ello, pero me parece suficientemente importante comentar que los vecinos son extremadamente ruidosos, y no dejan descansar ni de día ni de noche. Por otro lado el acceso es en una primera planta pero con escaleras exteriores, y están algo dadas de si, por lo que es fácil resbalarse y no es lo más adecuado para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida (aunque entiendo que dependiendo del perfil del viajero esto no supone un gran problema; yo iba con mi padre mayor).

Me gustó mucho la ubicación que tiene, está cerca del centro pero sin bullicio.
El alojamiento está en unos bloques de pisos de una barriada muy humilde y gente con pintas poco fiables, aunque también están ubicadas en un barrio bueno, con negocios y un Mercadona justo al lado. Mi primera impresión fue de inseguridad, pero cuando le pregunté a la dueña me tranquilizó y me dijo que no me preocupase, que no era gente mala ni que iba a estar insegura.

The apartment was just perfect for me. I hope to move to Estepona, & wanted to experience "living" there. So I did for 10 days. The kitchen was well equipped, down to a bottle stopper for wine. The bed was very comfy...the linens were crisp & the down comforter made it very cozy. The bathroom was great! The shower had good water pressure & I enjoyed showering. This apartment gets a 4.9 from me!
