Emplacement idéal

Brilliant location as close to all major sights. The apartment has an upper roof terrace with great view of the La Giralda tower. Lift to second floor which is helpful. 10 mins from Railway station. Air con that was much needed. Washing machine a plus. Everything you need for a a stay. We stayed 4 nights.

Room has little or no view. Open the shutters and you have no privacy as you are closely adjacent to an office above a restaurant. Noisy at night but you can manage this with ear plugs, air con and just being tired. Quite dated and tired apartment in places with very small bathroom. Roof terrace whilst having a view has very old furniture (rickety) and looks like it has not been used for many years! The sun shade is not effective as the sun shines through it leaving no shaded area to sit under. It's also very noisy due the placement of the adjacent restaurant kitchen extractors and air con units.

Beautiful and big terrace to enjoy the sunset. The apartment was clean and comfortable, just like the photos. Very simple to access the keys from the locked box. The host allowed for an early check in. Very spacious for 2 guests. Very convenient location for all the popular restaurants and monuments.

The other reviews do not exaggerate that it is noisy at night (between 2-3am there are loud voices of people coming out from bars and then at 8am there is the glass rubbish collection). However, that is to be expected being located right in the tourist city centre. I would still stay at the apartment again.

De locatie midden in het centrum was helemaal top. Je bent in no time bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden en ook winkels en restaurants waren volop in de buurt. Daarnaast was het grote dakterras een grote plus. Het is ruim en helemaal voor ons alleen.

De hygiëne in het appartement was slecht. Overal lagen haren en in de hoeken van de badkamer lagen de haren zelfs opgehoopt. In de slaapkamer lagen grote vlokken van stof. Dit had echt beter gekund. We zijn acht dagen in het appartement geweest en er is niet één keer gepoetst of dat de handdoeken vervangen werden. Verder was de badkamer erg klein. Als je voor de spiegel stond stond je al tegen het toilet en douchen in bad was een regelrechte ramp. De douchekop paste niet op de houder en als dat wel had gekund was de hele badkamer nat geweest omdat het scherm erg laag is. Het bed in de slaapkamer is erg smal en er ontbreekt een fatsoenlijke kledingkast. Het appartement verdiend wat aandacht voor achterstallig onderhoud. Zo sloten verschillende keukenkastjes niet goed wat er direct rommelig uitziet.
