Alohamundi Giralda II

Brilliant location as close to all major sights. The apartment has an upper roof terrace with great view of the La Giralda tower. Lift to second floor which is helpful. 10 mins from Railway station. Air con that was much needed. Washing machine a plus. Everything you need for a a stay. We stayed 4 nights.

Room has little or no view. Open the shutters and you have no privacy as you are closely adjacent to an office above a restaurant. Noisy at night but you can manage this with ear plugs, air con and just being tired. Quite dated and tired apartment in places with very small bathroom. Roof terrace whilst having a view has very old furniture (rickety) and looks like it has not been used for many years! The sun shade is not effective as the sun shines through it leaving no shaded area to sit under. It's also very noisy due the placement of the adjacent restaurant kitchen extractors and air con units.

Beautiful and big terrace to enjoy the sunset. The apartment was clean and comfortable, just like the photos. Very simple to access the keys from the locked box. The host allowed for an early check in. Very spacious for 2 guests. Very convenient location for all the popular restaurants and monuments.

The other reviews do not exaggerate that it is noisy at night (between 2-3am there are loud voices of people coming out from bars and then at 8am there is the glass rubbish collection). However, that is to be expected being located right in the tourist city centre. I would still stay at the apartment again.

Il faudrait vraiment changer les fenêtres pour du triple vitrage car elles laissent trop passer l'air et le bruit. Hébergement à réserver aux fêtards ou alors prévoyez les boules Quiès (j'en avais, c'était parfait) car il y a beaucoup de bruit dans la rue tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin.

The location was very convenient and very central. The roof terrace is lovely but it was too cold in January to make any use of it.

The noise at night. Bells ring all through the night. The rubbish and bottle collection is unbelievably noisy plus shutters going up and down. Deafening. It was quiet for an hour or so from 1am to 3am ... apart from the bells. No toilet paper. No tea towel. No nozzle on the hairdryer. You could feel a board in the base of the couch when you sat down. The throw on the bed is stained. The floor could do with a thorough wash. The air conditioning in the main room wasn't working. We messaged the owner who came out to check it. We were told it was working but a fault showed up when we tried to turn it on. It did get resolved a few days before we left and the owner kindly left sweets and wine for us. But even though the unit said 30° no heat could be noticed from it. We were very cold for the week as the weather was exceptionally cold for Seville.
