Hubo una pequeña confusión inicial para poder abrir la puerta cero se solucionó rápidamente

The code didn't work when we tried it but someone else in the building was entering just after us so they let us in. We then retrieved the keys from a lockbox inside and just used these. We didn't bother with the digital/phone door lock app as seemed unnecessary when a key is far easier!

A lovely place to stay, location was excellent with lots of bars, restaurants and a mini shop nearby and walking distance to many places like the Plaza Espana, Triana, the Alcazar. A lovely little apartment, we were a family of 3 and it was just enough for our needs. The modern shower was amazing. The terraces are very tight but nice to have somewhere to sit in the evenings. LOVED the rooftop area also. The pool could do with a bit of a clean but I'd say it's a communal issue not the hosts. The view of the cathedral is amazing from the rooftop, we spent an afternoon there relaxing on the sunbeds and soaking up the beautiful sunshine with a few beers and enjoying the lovely views, very relaxing. A few lovely rooftop bars a stones throw away also. Good communication from the hosts. Would stay here again without a doubt

Pillows were a bit hard on the double bed but this is a personal preference for me and I understand everyone is different. Can be noisy late evenings and early mornings but I understood this when booking and use earplugs so I still slept fine, it is very central so it goes hand in hand for me and worth it for being so central. We had the same in Florence which was a lot worse for noise!

le bruit, toute la nuit, on n'a pas pu dormir. on est à côté de tout, mais la rue est hyper bruyante, avec les eboueurs, les bars, les voitures qui klaxonnent en pleine nuit, les cris. Pas adapté pour une famille. Les éclairages qui ne fonctionnaient pas bien, et le système d'ouverture des portes. La terrasse non éclairée la nuit, alors que c'est la vraie valeur ajoutée du lieu.
