Hostly Placentines Catedral

Great location right next to the cathedral, perfect for when we needed a bit of a break from the heat in the afternoon. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

Quite nosy at night since it's close to bars and the bathroom is all glass doors with just some frosting to cover the toilet and shower.

LOCATION! Everything we wanted to see or do was in walking distance.

Great location to see all the main sights, very close to many places to eat, we enjoyed our breakfast every morning at Gusto just around the corner. With such a central location some noise was inevitable from the bars below the apartment in the evening and street cleaning in the mornings but the bedroom was at the rear so much quieter. The rooftop terrace was a good location for an evening drink with a view. The annual Spring Feria was taking place so accommodation was at a premium.

We had to return our key to the office about 7 minutes walk away but they did look after our bags and arranged a taxi for us.

+The location was very close walking distance to the main attractions Seville Cathedral, Giralda, and a literally a stone's throw / right above bars, restaurants close by. + Gigantic Room size, one of the largest seen. + Great Large Screen LED TV + View right onto sidewalk bars and restaurants, great for people watching. + Convenient Lift to bring our heavy bags up to our Apt.

- Taxi cannot enter Directly in front of the apt as lane too small. If have luggage, about 3 min walk - Despite the super huge room size, it was not very functional in layout. When dining in, hard to eat from plates off tables as choice of small high table with high bar stools, or low small coffee tables. - Carpet was not well vacuumed clean, also some stains on orange sofa - No space to put toiletries next to bathroom wash basins. Also, instead of double washbasins, property could have just put one large one. The double basins were just way too small and paired with very oversized long protruding faucet heads. Watch out if you bend down to wash your face or brush your teeth as you can risk smashing your nose/mouth (no joke) - There was some leaking from behind the septic tank/toilet seat onto the floor. Good thing it didn't spread far. - Rainshower head a bit strange, not the droplets form type, but more a large "water pouring out" spout. Some may enjoy that. - No dishwasher rack - No stand or place to put the toilet paper roll - Only 1 outlet charger on one side of the bed. The other side of bed near the closet opening had what looked like a USB slot but wasn't, couldn't figure what type of outlet it was. - If you're a light sleeper, just beware because there will be loud noises as living room windows are just about the heads of passers by below and cafes, restaurants. The property did install some new soundproofing windows but you can still hear quite a lot, especially if you like to crack the window a little open to let in fresh air through the night. (as we did). Good thing living room windows far from bedroom so that helped a little but I could still hear the nightime passersby. The property is aware of this as they provide 2 pairs earplugs on both sides of the bed. I can't say how effective they are, as I brought my own.
