Get better cleaners and don’t be rude to guests when your locks are bad.

Good location for Disneyland Paris. With in walking distance.

We couldn’t get in for about an hour because the lock was sticky and needed extra instructions. The host was rude when we asked for help telling us “you’re just doing it wrong” and calling to say call on whattsapp. The number he gave didn’t exist. It had been over a hour of trying when we received vague instructions of push and pull while turning the key at the same time. Why anyone would think that was common knowledge and that we hadn’t tried that already is beyond me. It took quite some force to get in. When we eventually got in it was freezing cold and felt damp. There was an odd smell and we could tell the bed sheets weren’t cleaned. The whole place felt grimy. The bathroom toilet seat was broken and the shower leaked. We tried to open the shutters to let some fresh air in but they were incredibly stiff and one was completely stuck. To summarize. The host was rude and unhelpful. And the apartment was dirty. Very bad

The lack of a double bed, as shown in the photos, was a major disappointment. The room only had a sofa bed. The pillows were truly awful. There were no towel hangers in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled because of poor ventilation.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Property was a close walk to Disneyland

The property had a not nice smell to it Sofa bed was uncomfortable No staff No heating freezing cold my son got very sick The WiFi did not work at all messaged the host ignored me but replied when I asked something else I believe the property is actually a student accommodation When paying for the properly it tells you you pay a cleaning fee yet the host asks you to take off the bedding and take the bins out, basically so he doesn’t have to do the job himself I had left a coat at the property which Yes is my fault however I contacted him and he completely ignored me. I also got Booking.com to contact him and he even ignored them which I just think it’s really un decent to do. On one of the days of staying at the property, the code had changed on the doors. Me and my son were locked out for over an hour. I had to ask someone else that was coming out of one of the other buildings to help me. It’s just not acceptable when you’re paying for something you should be able to at least get into the property. It was only after an hour that he then messaged me back to tell me the new codes I should’ve had been informed from that morning. The only good thing about this property is the distance of walking to Disneyland Paris other than that do not stay here.

Not worth it, there’s much better options around the area.

It’s close to La Vallee Village and Disneyland

The property had no decent bed—just a squeaky and uncomfortable sofa bed. They provided only two uncomfortable pillows that, judging by their condition, must have been old and overused. For two nights, it snowed, and there was no heating in the property, leaving us freezing. The only source of heat was the towel warmer. The host was helpful with getting us in but never responded when I inquired about the heating, leaving us to deal with freezing conditions and no proper solution.

El mejor si vas a Disneyland

Yo he ido para visitar Disneyland y estaba súper cerca, muy bien conectado, limpio y muy bien equipado, con cocina, frigorífico televisión, secador y de todo lo imprescindible. Estoy súper contento. Lo mejor la comodidad y la cercanía a mi destino.

La cerradura de la puerta del apartamento, costaba un poco abrirla y cerrarla, había que hacer muchos intentos girando la llave, por todo lo demás, excelente.

Un apartamento minúsculo e incómodo pero muy bien ubicado

La ubicación fue lo más destacable ya que estaba en plena zona de restaurantes de Val d´Europe, junto al centro comercial y los outlets.

1. NO HAY CAMA, es un sofá cama muy incómodo y que mete ruido. 2. Las sábanas no dan sensación de limpias y la colcha tenía pinta de que no la cambiaban. 3. Nos costó encontrar el sitio porque en el mapa lo ubican mal. El anfitrión se ceñía a repetir la dirección sin aportar más ayuda o referencias. 4. Después de preguntar a varios vecinos conseguimos dar por el portal pero las contraseñas que nos había facilitado no funcionaban. Nos dejó entrar a la urbanización una vecina y allí pudimos hablar con el conserje quién llamo directamente al dueño para que nos diera los códigos. Parece que no era la primera vez que pasaba. 5. Olía mucho a humedad en el edificio y era muy desagradable.

Het was heel moeilijk te vinden. Heel toevallig een passant die ons de weg wees. Geen aanspreekpunt voor incheck. Het stonk in de hal. Gelukkig stonk de kamer niet. De kamer was ijskoud. Er kwam koude lucht binnen maar niet duidelijk van waar. Gordijnstok is op ons gevallen. Die zat helemaal los. De kamer was proper. De kussens slecht. Er waren ook heel vuile zwarte kussens. Ligging was top.

HORRIBLE Y CARO

La cercanía con el parque y el silencio.

El precio es EXAGERADO para lo que es. No hay cama, es un sofa que se convierte en cama, es incomodo. Los utensilios para comer estaban SUCIOS. Entraba un frío HORRIBLE por una caja de cables que tiene la habitación y debíamos ponerle un paño todas las noches para dormir sin frío. NO HAY MANTAS EXTRAS! Solo hay una sabana para 2 personas!!! Si tienes frío NO HAY MAS MANTAS PARA OFRECER!!!! En definitiva, super caro para lo que es. Es ENANO, duermes en un sofa todo el tiempo, y te piden que tires tu basura, saques la ropa de cama y friegues tus platos. NO VENGAÍS, es una VERGÜENZA
