In a quiet and secure residence, located on the 3rd and last floor, the apartment comprises:
- a living room (double bed, 2 travelers)
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
Also included, at no extra charge:
- 1 secure parking space in the basement of the residence, direct access by the elevator (Attention, max height 1m90)
- Free Wifi connection in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 2 people
- Available on site for baby: cot + high chair
PLEASE NOTE:
A second set of keys can be provided! Do not hesitate to ask for it during your check-in.
- /!\ For hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar,..) but you can find them at the Auchan supermarket located a few meters away, in the Val d'Europe shopping center.

Located in the district of the town hall of Serris, in a quiet environment while being close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants of the Boulangerie l'Atelier and the dishes of the restaurant l'Interprète...).
You will appreciate its ideal location just 50 meters from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine et Marne, "Val d'Europe" with its many shops, the SeaLife Aquarium and the Auchan supermarket.
You will also find "la Vallée Village - Chic Shopping Outlet".

The positives- great price, location.The negatives- no communication regarding check in. I had to ask since I hadn’t heard from them. We had to go pick up keys at a different location. With 3 walking those streets and traveling all day it was disappointing. Our stay was during the heatwave but even before I made reservations I asked about AC. I was told there was none but they have a fan. Which is fine I just need air movement. Well we got there and the room was hot so we looked for a fan- NOTHING. I messaged them and they said it was broken. But they said they would get one and have it by tomorrow at noon. I received a message a bit before 4 pm the next day to say the fan had arrived. Our stay was 3 nights - we were provided with 2 bath towels, hand towels, no washcloths.The bed is very small and hard! All Airbnb/VRBO’s we’ve been to provide coffee, not this rental.The shower is pretty dangerous as it has a at least a 6” drop to get in and out of with no hand railing at all. The drain kept coming off too as it was where you stepped in. Cruise ship showers are larger. The cup in the bathroom was gross! It needed to be thrown away. Our room was on the 4th floor & was so hot the clothes I washed would dry overnight.Checkout process we had to go turn our keys back to the office.We were so miserable there we didn’t even stay the full stay and not once did we hear from them.Beware!
